It is through the generous donations of money, gift cards, supplies and volunteer time that Hope House is able to maintain program integrity and move forward in breaking the cycle of homelessness. Your donation is tax deductable and appreciated.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Hope House is grateful for all the time, energy and resources that the volunteers have given over the past years. We are truly a volunteer driven ministry. It takes numerous people to run the program and we are always happy to see new faces and utilize new talents. Among the volunteer opportunities are:
- babysitting of hope house kids during mandatory house meetings
- occasional taxi service for moms without transportation
- meeting speakers
- mentors
- administrative support
- fundraising team members
- celebrations team
If you are interested in helping through volunteering with the program please fill out the Contact Form under the Guestbook page and indicate your interest in the comments. A volunteer application packet will be sent to you. After filling out and returning the form you will be contacted for an interview.

Feel free to drop your donation into the offering or by the Community Care table each Wednesday or Weekend service. Please make sure to indicate Hope House or Emerging Hope on your check or envelope.
Gift Cards:
All cards are used to help support the families of Hope House year round by providing food, gas and other necessary household or personal supplies. Walmart, KMART, Target, Big Lots, SaveMart, Safeway and Gas Station gift cards are very practical and effective to the Hope House program. Please send cards to :
